At Business Travel Show America, a buyer is defined as a corporate travel manager, meetings planner or procurement/sourcing professional responsible for managing their organisation's travel or meetings programmes. Hosted buyer applications and visitor buyer registrations will only be accepted from those who meet these criteria. Suppliers, such as TMCs, agencies, and consultants, must purchase a non-exhibiting supplier pass to attend or become an exhibitor to participate in the event. All registrations and applications are carefully reviewed by the BTN team, who reserve the final right to accept or deny any submission.
