Suppliers are required to purchase a visitor pass to attend. The BTN Group reserves the right to approve or refuse any registration.

Fully hosted buyer

Open to decision-makers responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings program. Qualifying criteria to apply.

Fully hosted buyer participation includes the following complementary benefits:   

  • Two-day registration 

  • Up to $400.00 USD transportation reimbursement. This can be applied to airfare, train, parking, or ground transportation. Additional reimbursement details can be found in the Travel Policy.   

  • Standard room at a 4-star hotel in Times Square New York City on October 13 and 14 (room and tax only, with incidentals on your own) 

  • Bus transportation to/from Times Square to the Javits Center on October 14 and 15 

  • Hosted Buyer Welcome Event on Tuesday Evening October 13  

  • Continental breakfast and lunch on October 14 and 15 at the Javits Center 

  • Access to the hosted buyer lounge on the Expo Floor on October 14 and 15 at the Javits Center

Semi-hosted buyer

Open to decision-makers responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings program. Qualifying criteria to apply.

Semi-hosted buyer participation includes the following complementary benefits:   

  • One or Two-Day Registration 

  • Attend Hosted Buyer Welcome Event at Swingers on Tuesday Evening October 13 

  • Continental breakfast and lunch on October 14 and 15 at the Javits Center 

  • Access to the hosted buyer lounge on the Expo Floor on October 14 and 15 at the Javits Center 

  • Networking Drinks Reception 4:30-5:30 on October 14 at Javits Center

Visitor buyer

Open to all corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals and senior leadership, HR or finance professionals involved in setting travel policy or travel supplier selection.

  • Meetings platform to arrange meetings with exhibitors
  • Onsite networking events

Supplier 

If you do not directly book corporate travel or meetings for your business OR you are a supplier and aren't exhibiting you will need to buy a registration to attend the show or become an exhibitor.

Rates:

  • $3,995 - Before April 30, 2026
  • $4,995 - After May 1, 2026
  • $5,995 - On-site

*Please note: Buying a non-exhibiting supplier registration does not give you access to the buyer attendee list or the ability to book meetings. If you would like access to these, you will need to exhibit.


 

Buyer definition

At Business Travel Show America, a buyer is defined as a corporate travel manager, meetings planner or procurement/sourcing professional responsible for managing their organisation's travel or meetings programmes. Hosted buyer applications and visitor buyer registrations will only be accepted from those who meet these criteria. Suppliers, such as TMCs, agencies, and consultants, must purchase a non-exhibiting supplier pass to attend or become an exhibitor to participate in the event. All registrations and applications are carefully reviewed by the BTN team, who reserve the final right to accept or deny any submission.
