The Business Travel Show America hosted buyer program is built with the needs of busy North American corporate travel professionals in mind, giving you an optimized way to participate and ensure you maximize your time away from the office. You’re in control—gain priority access to the suppliers you want to meet, the educational sessions you want to attend, and the networking opportunities that matter most to you.
Our hosted buyer program brings together hundreds of influential travel and meetings managers and category specialists in procurement, purchasing, and sourcing from both national and international organizations.
We provide domestic economy roundtrip airfare to and from New York City, hotel accommodations (Tuesday and Wednesday nights), the hosted buyer networking dinner (Tuesday night), registration to Business Travel Show America, and access to the hosted buyer lounge and lunch for each of the two days in exchange for you holding ten 15-minute appointments with the exhibitors of your choice.
Please note: The hosted buyer program is only available to buyers from North America. Buyers from other parts of the world are welcome to attend as a visitor buyer.
