Business Travel Show America is free to attend for corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals responsible for managing their company's or organization's corporate travel/meetings program.

Information on additional passes, including exhibiting staff and press, is outlined below.

Hosted buyer program

Places on the hosted buyer program are limited and subject to approval. Qualifying criteria apply. We handle your travel, accommodation, and refreshments so you can focus solely on what matters most—your meetings and connections.

As part of the hosted buyer program, you get access to:

Visitor buyer

For buyers who want to attend the show but don't require travel and accommodation or only want to attend for a day, you can register as a visitor buyer. 

You will get access to:

  • All onsite content session
  • All exhibitors
  • The event app to arrange meetings with exhibitors
  • Networking events

Non-exhibiting supplier

If you do not directly book corporate travel or meetings for your business OR you are a supplier and aren't exhibiting you will need to buy a pass to attend the show or become an exhibitor.

Rates:
$3,995 - Before April 30, 2026
$4,995 - After May 1, 2026
$5,995 - On-site

A visitor pass gives you access to:

  • Access for both days of the show
  • All the onsite content, excluding buyer-only sessions
  • The show floor
  • The event app
