Make the most of your time at Business Travel Show America with these quick tips and on-site essentials.
During the show
Arrive at Javits Center in good time
You may need to queue on arrival. Give yourself time to have your badge scanned before entering the halls. Once inside, familiarise yourself with the show floor and route. Take a quick walk to confirm your pre‑planned path still works for you.
Use our event hashtag on your social media channels
If you’re enjoying a session or feature, tell people about it. Include #BTShowAmerica in your posts – we may even repost you on our channels.
Wear comfortable shoes
You’ll do more walking than you expect – between sessions, exhibitor meetings and networking. Choose shoes that will keep you comfortable all day.
Stay hydrated and plan breaks
Take time to rest and drink water throughout the day. You’ll find plenty of seating areas and water refill points inside the show.
Remember to turn on your out of office
Before you set off for Javits, switch on your out‑of‑office so colleagues know you’re at the show on 15–16 October.
