Hosted buyer

Places on the hosted buyer program are limited and subject to approval. Qualifying criteria apply. We handle your travel, accommodation, and refreshments so you can focus solely on what matters most—your meetings and connections.

APPLY FOR HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM

At Business Travel Show America, a buyer is defined as a corporate travel manager, meetings planner or procurement/sourcing professional responsible for managing their organization's travel or meetings programs. Hosted buyer applications and visitor buyer registrations will only be accepted from those who meet these criteria. Suppliers, such as TMCs, agencies, and consultants, must purchase a trade visitor registration to attend or become an exhibitor to participate in the event. All registrations and applications are carefully reviewed by the BTN team, who reserve the final right to accept or deny any submission.
