Tracie Saunders has been involved in business travel for almost 15 years. She entered the industry working for Lehman Brothers, where she worked her way up from executive assistant to become Vice President/Administrative Manager, with responsibility for managing the corporate card program and expense auditing. In 2008, as part of the Lehman bankruptcy when Neuberger Berman became an independent entity, Tracie became the Head of Corporate Services and Global Travel and Transportation for Neuberger Berman. As part of her focus on employee safety, Business Continuity was added to her priorities. She joined Segal Group in 2019 as Manager, Corporate Travel and Event Planning before taking on her current role in 2022 due to her expanded efforts across the organization during COVID.
