Ed Waite has been a member of the Barclays Travel & Expense team for the past 15 years. He heads the global expense operations, manages the global travel budgets, data strategy and travel analytics for the company. He works with senior management teams and businesses to strategize on travel cost reduction. His team also provides regular reporting for tax, compliance and spend monitoring purposes. Prior to current role, Ed was a Sourcing Manager for 5 years with Citibank based in Asia. Whilst in Citibank, he managed sourcing categories of across IT, Marketing and Travel. Ed has held sourcing and logistic lead roles in the Singapore Armed Forces, Combat Engineer division for 3 years.
