Terri has been working in the corporate travel industry for 25+ years.  Her expertise is in small to mid-sized company travel program management. Her experience runs from end to end, including vendor negotiations and relations, GDS reservations and ticketing, online booking and expense tool implementation and back-office administration, policy compliance, traveler satisfaction, T&E card administration, expense auditing, and fleet operations. Terri volunteers extensively with various industry organizations including GBTA and its Upstate New York Chapter, the Travel & Meetings Society, and the Institute of Commercial Payments.
