Suzanne joined ZS in 2012 with six years’ experience in the hospitality industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality followed by a GTP travel certification. Her deep understanding of how airline and hotel suppliers operate within their respective provider spaces showcases the ideal background and combination of skill and knowledge for her role. In August of 2019 Suzanne was named Business Travel News’ “Travel Manager of the Year.” Her accomplishments were recognized again three months later as one of BTN’s “25 Most Influential People in Travel.”
