Steven M. Elinson leads the United States of America Travel & Hospitality practice for Amazon Web Services (AWS), with a charter to support customers as they accelerate cloud adoption. Today’s travel and hospitality brands must deliver a personalized and seamlessly connected guest experience while being operationally efficient with optimized assets, high utilization, predictive analytics and quality, health and safety standard compliance. As a trusted advisor, Steven utilizes his broad knowledge and 35 years of experience to drive guest experiences and to increase operational efficiencies. The AWS Travel & Hospitality team supports customers such as Accor, Airbnb, Amtrak, Choice Hotels, Compass Group, Delta Airlines, Domino’s, DoorDash, Hertz, Hilton Hotels, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Sysco, Starbucks, United Airlines, Wynn Casino & Resort, and Yum! Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut), together with members of the AWS Partner Network (APN). Before joining AWS, Steven held various leadership roles in Travel and Hospitality businesses. His experience ranges from operations, training, supply chain, technology, and new concept creation.
