With nearly two decades of experience across hotel operations, global sales, and corporate travel partnerships, Joannie Cargill launched her hospitality career on-property as a front desk agent and group rooms coordinator at Dolce Hamilton Park Conference Center. Subsequent roles included Global Sales Manager at The PLC, Regional Director of Business Travel & Travel Industry Sales for the WorldHotels Collection Director at The Bürgenstock Selection Group, a prestigious portfolio of Swiss luxury resorts. A proud alumna of Fairleigh Dickinson University, she actively mentors students, supports scholarship efforts, and participates in alumni initiatives that bridge education and industry.
