Diane Lundeen Smith is a Senior Manager with Travel Procurement & Operations at PwC, leading the Travel Solutions team. With extensive experience in the travel industry, Diane has held roles at Microsoft, American Express and Nordstrom, managing global supplier programs, strategic sourcing, and sustainable travel initiatives.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Global Travel Professional (GTP). Diane has also contributed as Past Chair and committee member of the GBTA Aviation committee and the IATA Travel Manager Advisory Group North America.
