Fox World Travel Launches New Trip Mgmt. Platform

Fox World Travel has launched a new AI-powered "command center" that consolidates trip management functions for travelers and travel managers, the travel management company announced.

For travelers, the Fox Connect platform includes a single sign-on for booking tools, trip and invoice management and customized messaging for policies and trip information, according to the TMC. For travel managers, the platform provides a centralized location for travel activities, including messaging, a group air management module and travel request forms for arrangers to manage non-profiled travelers. Fox's AI assistant, Colby, can provide insight and recommendations in the platform, and travel managers also can access AI-powered reporting and analytics in Fox Connect, the company said.

It was developed as "a seamless, all-in-one solution that enhances efficiency, reduces complexity and helps drive better decision-making for travel programs," Fox director of application development Michael Gumtow said in a statement.

The Fox Connect platform is accessible on desktop, mobile and tablet devices, according to the TMC.
