WHAT YOU CAN LEARN

Inspiring conference sessions

BTN Group produced sessions are built on independent insight, not sales pitches - unbiased perspectives on the issues that matter most to your program. Sessions will cover key topics such as sustainable travel, program optimization, emerging technologies, risk management, and the evolving role of AI in corporate travel.

The program includes exclusive buyer-only sessions designed to give travel buyers a confidential space to share insights, tackle challenges, and exchange best practices.

Panel discussions

Curated and led by the BTN Group, panel discussions feature top-tier corporate travel professionals diving into the most critical issues shaping the future of business travel. Drawing on BTN’s industry knowledge, editorial research and buyer insights, these sessions offer an agnostic look at trends, best practices and innovation, with practical takeaways for corporate travel programs.

BTN News Desk Live!

From major supplier moves and technology launches to distribution shifts, market consolidation and emerging buyer challenges, the business travel landscape can change quickly. BTN News Desk Live! sessions focus on the most relevant developments in the industry, bringing BTN’s editorial perspective and industry voices together to examine what happened, what it means and how corporate travel buyers should respond.

Executive interviews

Hear directly from senior leaders shaping the future of business travel. These live, 30-minute executive interviews give you a front-row view on the trends, strategies, and innovations influencing corporate travel programs today.

Moderated by BTN Group, each session goes beyond the sales pitch to explore real challenges, market shifts, and practical ideas you can take back to your organization.

BTN Communities

Confidential, buyer-only sessions, offering attendees the space to connect and learn from other corporate travel buyers in a private forum. Sessions typically focus on: sustainable business travel, NDC, Travel program technology and digitisation, small & midsize travel programs.
