Tracy Stueve is the Sr. Administrative Director for Global Finance Talent, Travel, Procurement, and Properties at World Vision International. She describes her “actual” role as governing “the land of misfit toys”. Her portfolio includes learning & development, procurement, spend management, anti-corruption, global properties, and travel. She inherited procurement when the director retired and only learned that travel was part of the portfolio by accident. Since that time, she’s been drinking from a firehose to learn everything she possibly can to lead the travel program for the approximately 100 countries where World Vision operates.
