Tripkicks Catalyst creates self-improving corporate travel programs.

A self-improving corporate travel program runs the full optimization loop automatically. The travel team defines the priorities. Traveler behavior is continuously analyzed against those priorities. Guidance is delivered to shape behavior at the moments that matter. Results are measured automatically. The system responds to what is working, and the program strengthens over time - without the manual work that used to be required to move each initiative forward.

Catalyst runs that loop across every traveler and every stage of the trip, drawing on behavioral science, personalizing each interaction, and coordinating delivery across the tools travelers already use.

Catalyst combines four core components.

Smart Prioritization Framework

A dual-scoring system that calculates a behavioral score and a situational score for every traveler and every booking. Behavioral scores are built from individual traveler history (e.g., trip count, compliance rate, last trip outcome, recent trends). Situational scores are assessed in real time from items such as destination familiarity, booking lead time, trip criticality, and past engagement. First-time travelers score differently from repeat out-of-policy bookers. Guidance automatically escalates and de-escalates as behavior changes.

Behavioral Playbook

A library of research-backed behavioral tactics, organized across each potential touchpoint and segmented based on intention. Every tactic is fully defined - behavioral trigger, scoring threshold, message escalation path, and tactic-level KPI. The Behavioral Playbook is the core expertise at the heart of Catalyst.

Personalized Guidance

Every traveler is different. Personalized Guidance adapts messaging, timing, and prominence based on the individual traveler's behavior, company-wide patterns, and policy thresholds. A first-time traveler receives helpful orientation. A repeat late-booker sees a more direct message backed by peer benchmarks. When 85% of colleagues stay at the preferred hotel, that peer data shows up. When someone books in advance three times running, positive reinforcement lands. All of it runs automatically.

Access Anywhere

The delivery framework that spans eight touchpoints - the Concur home page, flight search, hotel search, inline results, and expense, plus Slack, email, and the AI chatbot. Access Anywhere decides which channel delivers which message at which moment, so guidance meets travelers wherever they already are. Channels coordinate with each other, so nobody sees the same guidance twice. Formatting adapts to the channel: a Concur tile reads differently than a Slack DM or an email.
