Emergency Assistance Plus® (EA+) is a comprehensive travel assistance membership designed to help travelers navigate medical emergencies when they are away from home. When an unexpected illness or injury occurs, EA+ provides 24/7 access to experienced assistance professionals who can coordinate critical services such as emergency medical evacuation, transportation home after stabilization—including nurse escort when medically necessary—transportation for traveling companions, return of dependent children, return of mortal remains and vehicle return assistance. Expanded evacuation also available providing transportation home should your employee encounter dangerous situations as a result of political/civil unrest or natural disasters at their destination. Expat coverage available as well.
EA+ adds a valuable assistance layer to existing travel, insurance, and duty-of-care programs.
